Salon Policies
In regard to COVID-19:
PLEASE COME HEALTHY
If you are displaying symptoms that are SIMILAR IN ANY WAY to Covid-19 or have come into contact with someone who has similar symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 14 days later. The cancellation policy will be adjusted in order to accommodate clients who fall into this category.
MASKS
Your esthetician will wear a mask for the duration of your appointment.
DISINFECTING
Extra steps will be taken to disinfect surfaces and door handles between appointments. Hand sanitizer is available in multiple areas of the salon.

CANCEL
Because your appointment time is reserved just for you, please allow a minimum of 12 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed 25% of your scheduled services.
LATE OR NO SHOW
LATE : Life happens, it's totally understandable - BUT- if you are running late, PLEASE call as soon as possible! The necessary amount of time needed to perform each Sugar and Skincare service is what is scheduled for you. Accommodating your late arrival can be difficult without disrupting other clients scheduled after you. As such, please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late, performance of your services that day are not guaranteed and you may have to reschedule your appointment for another day.
NO SHOW: If you completely miss your appointment without any notice you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of services scheduled. Appointments canceled during or after your scheduled appointment will be considered a no show.
MULTIPLE SERVICES:
A valid credit card will be required to hold your appointment time if:

Services are booked by a single individual that equal or exceed 1 hour.

Appointments are booked for 3 or more people by one individual. The card holder will be responsible for any people who do not adhere to the Cancellation/No Show/Late policy.
